These terms apply when you use the Peak Point Groceries Store website and, if you create one, a customer account. Peak Point Groceries Store is a grocery store at Unit 5/152 Rusden St, Armidale NSW 2350, Australia. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What this website is

The website is an online catalogue of products sold in our store. You cannot place orders or pay online yet. To buy something, visit the store. When online ordering opens, extra terms for orders, payment and delivery will be added here before you can place an order.

Products, prices and availability

We work to keep product details, prices and offers accurate, but they can change and some may be out of date. Items may be sold out. A price or product shown on the website is not an offer we have to honour, and the price at the store counter applies. Product photos are a guide only, and packaging can change. Allergen and ingredient details come from suppliers and can change, so always check the label on the product, especially if you have an allergy.

Your account

• You must give correct details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• You can sign in with email and password, Google or Apple. You can change your details or ask us to delete your account at any time (see our privacy policy).
• We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or the law, or to harm the website or other people.

Using the website

Please do not:

• try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or interfere with how the website works;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy the catalogue or to send many requests;
• send us messages or suggestions that are unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam;
• pretend to be someone else.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to Peak Point Groceries Store or the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission. Brand names and product images belong to their owners.

Your messages and suggestions

If you send us a message, review or product suggestion, you let us read it and use it to run and improve the store. We will not publish your personal details.

The website may link to other sites, such as maps or social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
